Is the Volcanic Age manhwa finished?
Yes. KakaoPage marks 화산전생 (Hwasanjeonsaeng, the Korean title) as 완결, completed, and lists 303 episodes. Kakao Webtoon's episode list ends with 외전 3화(완), "side story chapter 3 (end)", dated 25.01.17, right after 300화 dated 24.12.06. AniList lists the series as finished with 303 chapters and notes that three of them are extras.

What Volcanic Age is about
AniList quotes the KakaoPage synopsis in English: Ju Seo-Cheon is "a man who survives the age of war through sheer luck and becomes the elder of the Hwasan faction, only to live a life full of regrets and doubts. As he lies on his death bed, waiting for the inevitable, he is returned to the past."
Kakao Webtoon's own Korean blurb says the same in fewer words (our translation): Ju Seo-Cheon got lucky, survived the age of war and became an elder of the Hwasan sect, then closes his eyes having never tasted glory, holding only regret; at the moment of death, fate sends him back to the past.
Wuxiaworld's blurb for the novel has him "lucky, unlucky enough, to survive the war with his mediocre talents" and renders his name as Zhou Xuchuan. The fan wiki spells it Joo Seo-Cheon.
The Hwasan in the synopsis is the Mount Hua sect, the same sect name as in Return of the Blossoming Blade, a different series. The 화산 in 화산전생 is Mount Hua (華山 in the hanja titles MangaUpdates lists), but 화산 written 火山 is also the everyday Korean word for volcano, the likely origin of the English title. Other English renderings are Mount Hua Reincarnation and The Regressor of Mount Hua.
AniList's highest-ranked tags for the series are Reincarnation, Cultivation and Wuxia.

In English there is nothing to buy: MangaUpdates lists the series as not licensed in English, AniList has no English link, and the old Tapas address for the series returns a 404. The official editions we could find, as of October 23, 2026:

The English option: the novel
The story does exist officially in English, as prose. Wuxiaworld publishes the source web novel as The Regressor of Mount Hua, credits the original work to "JUN / Samyangcnc", and notes "Status in Korean: Completed." Its chapter list counts 435 chapters. MangaUpdates puts the Korean novel at 433 chapters against the manhwa's 303, so the two don't line up chapter for chapter.

The MangaUpdates comments split the way the scores suggest. One reader writes that "after about 100 or so chapters things started going downhill and rapidly."
